| Our payment processing is handled by secure servers using SSL encryption. We do not store or save any credit card information on our site. |

| 4. | How do I pay? |
| To pay you can either use Ebay Checkout and pay via paypal BEFORE you enter your pet tag information, or else simply comple our order process and then pay by clicking the paypal button. |

| 5. | How do you ship? |
| We ship via the good old US Post Office (USPS). Currently first class shipping is the only available free shipping option. If you require faster shipping, email us and we can upgrade your shipping for a charge. |

| 6. | How long will it take to process and ship my order? |
| We generally can engrave and ship your order by the next business day. An order placed on Monday will usually be engraved and shipped by Tuesday. Orders placed over the weekend will generally be engraved and shipped the next Monday. Shipping times varies for different locations across the US. Generally, you can expect anywhere from 4 to 7 days for the Post office to deliver the package. |
