Our Guarantee

Warranty	Custom engraved items are non-refundable. If there is a problem either as a result of our causing or a defect with the product, we will repair or replace the item at no charge for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. If there is a problem with the engraving, please contact us immediately. Our beaded bracelet bands are covered by a thirty day unconditional return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your beaded bracelet band, return it to us and we will exchange or refund your money. If the beaded band was purchased along with a custom engraved medical tag, we will refund the pro-rated amount for the band.
